Do I need an account to shop?

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product is unopened and in its original condition. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept exchanges. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Absolutely. All Sanasalus products are vegan and cruelty-free, never tested on animals.
How do I use the Hair Oil?
The Hair Oil is designed for versatile, everyday care. For hair, apply 2-4 times per week as part of your regular routine, or daily as a pre-wash treatment to deeply nourish the scalp and strands. Massage a generous amount into your roots and hair, leaving it on for at least 60 minutes before washing.
For both products, we recommend using a healthy amount appropriate to your hair length and thickness. Typically, this may range from 1–3 pumps, but may vary by individual preference and hair type.
How do I use the body oil?
The Body Oils are a luxurious and versatile blend formulated to nourish, hydrate, and smooth the skin. Use them daily as a moisturizer after bathing, or whenever your skin needs extra care and replenishment. They may also be applied as a massage oil to support relaxation and recovery while restoring suppleness and glow.
Apply a suitable amount to clean, dry, or slightly damp skin. Use approximately 1–4 pumps for each area, such as the arms, legs, or back. Massage in circular motions until fully absorbed. Use as often as desired to maintain soft, radiant, and healthy looking skin.
