This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with SanaSalus, operated by SANASALUS LTD (Company No. 16345726), registered at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.


Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

Orders placed after standard business hours may be processed on the next working day. During busy periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.


Delivery Locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.


Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £40.

For orders under £40, a standard shipping fee will apply. The applicable shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping fees cover packaging, handling, and delivery using a tracked service.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect in accordance with UK consumer law.


Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout or in your order confirmation email.

Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, adverse weather conditions, or peak delivery periods.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking details will be provided where available.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address Details

Please ensure that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at orders@sanasalus.com within 10 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the delivery partner.

After this period, delivery partners may no longer accept liability, and we may be unable to investigate or resolve the issue.


Risk of Loss

In accordance with UK consumer law, the risk of loss remains with SanaSalus until the order has been delivered to you.
