These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and online store (the “Services”), operated by SANASALUS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16345726, with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
References to “we”, “us” or “our” mean SANASALUS LTD.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

We make every effort to display products accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your device.
Our products are cosmetic and wellness products only. They are not medical products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Any references to relaxation, soothing, or comfort relate to general wellbeing only.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
An order is not accepted until payment is successfully processed and confirmation is issued.
Returns and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, in accordance with UK consumer law, including your 14-day cooling-off period where applicable.
Purchases are for personal use only and not for resale.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at checkout.
We are not VAT registered. Prices do not include VAT.
You agree to provide valid payment details and authorise us to charge your chosen payment method.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control.
Under UK consumer law, risk remains with us until the goods are delivered to you.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services, including trademarks, logos, text, images, videos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to SANASALUS LTD and protected by intellectual property laws.

Shopify provides the ecommerce platform but is not responsible for sales between you and SanaSalus. You release Shopify from any claims related to purchases made through our store.

Any feedback you provide may be used by us without compensation, provided it does not infringe third-party rights or laws.
